If you select the 2020 Dues Option, you must include your US Lacrosse ID # (not your health insurance ID #).  All Players are required to have US Lacrosse Insurance.  


Message from Chairman TROG:
Welcome to TROG Lacrosse.  We are a 27+ ish men's lacrosse league in the Two Rivers area of Monmouth county.  We play each Saturday at 4pm at Fair Haven Fields on Ridge Rd. in Fair Haven.  If you are interested in joining TROG, please email admin@troglax.com.
